Read MoreWith World Mental Health Day earlier this week, we wanted to start a discussion about ways we can improve our mental well-being.
Did you know that one in four of us will suffer from mental health issues in our lifetime? It’s imperative we talk about it!
Here are some ways to support World Mental Health Day:

Oliver Maudling, Company Director, shared his practices that help him maintain his mental health:

“There are many things that I do to help my mental health, like making sure that I spend time outside in nature every day, getting a good night’s sleep and I also love to spend time with my friends and family”.
“I look after my mental health by making sure I do some physical activity every week. I love going to Yoga and Pilates classes, even if it’s a struggle to get there sometimes, I always feel better afterwards. This also means that I usually sleep better which is also very important for my mental health”.
“My tip would be to make sure you have a calming morning routine. I always try to give myself enough time in the morning to make myself a coffee and meditate for 10 minutes before I start my day. It calms me down and allows me to start my day without feeling overwhelmed or stressed”.
