Recognising the critical importance of accurate meter readings for correct monthly billing, we took immediate action to ensure the customer could access their invoices. The supplier was experiencing a shortage of 3-phase meters and engineers. During the period between our request and the restocking of meters, we consistently sought updates on appointment scheduling and proactively communicated progress to the customer.
We successfully secured an appointment date, confirming it repeatedly to prevent any discrepancies and to verify that a 3-phase engineer would perform the meter installation. Furthermore, we assisted the customer in setting up their online portal, enabling them to view their issued invoices.
We effectively liaised with the supplier to facilitate the replacement of the electric meter due to a communications issue and secured the appointment date on the customer’s behalf. The customer expressed satisfaction with the services provided by our team and appreciated the significant time savings achieved through our intervention.
