Our Process

  • 1. Letter of Authority

    We assign you an Account Manager to support you with the negotiation of new contracts. To understand your current utility rates, all we need is a Letter of Authority, so we can speak with energy suppliers on your behalf. This lets us access your usage data and gather prices.

  • 2. Analysis

    Once we’ve retrieved your usage data from your current suppliers, we then tender a comprehensive analysis. During this, our team analyse market trends, your expenditure and usage, along with any relief you could be eligible for.

  • 3. Tender

    Next, we can discuss recommendations on the type of contracts that would suit your business. We can go to the supplier market and tender your supply, and are always looking for competitive tariffs for your business.

  • 4. Secure Your Contract

    When all tenders have been reviewed, your Account Manager will be in touch with an analysis, including available tariffs. Once you've made a decision, we send you the contracts for signature and then process the administrative side of your contracts to get your supply in place.

  • 5. Customer After Care

    Once your contracts are live, our customer care team are here to provide you with ongoing support. From helping you understand your energy bills, to liaising with your supplier to sort out any issues promptly, our customer care team are here to help.
